Mr.
Adams is an experienced management consultant with particular
expertise in the disciplines of program review, program evaluation
and performance measurement, as well as research design, economic,
financial and statistical analysis, and financial management.
He has conducted and managed numerous large-scale studies in both
the private and public sectors where the practical application
of analytical tools is required.
In the area of program
evaluation, he has undertaken numerous evaluations in regards
to employment and training programs over a 20-year period, as
well as evaluations in the areas of health care, housing, transportation,
economic development and tourism. In addition he continues to
be involved in the design and monitoring of performance measurement
strategies for a number of public and private sector organizations.
Mr. Adams has overall
responsibility for the design, administration and analysis of
most of the many surveys carried out by the firm. These surveys
typically form part of program evaluation, program review, performance
measurement, market research, needs assessment, and impact studies
undertaken by the firm. He is also skilled in designing and conduct
focus groups as a tool in support evaluation and research.
Mr. Adams also has
undertaken a number of economic and financial analyses associated
with commercial, recreational, and tourism projects, resource
developments, and other industry sectors and has advised numerous
industry and government clients in respect of product, service,
and sectoral marketing policy and strategy. |
